When we visited the red carpet at the Met Gala Ball in New York City on May 5, 2014, we were so excited to see sultry and artistically conscious music artist, Erykah Badu, walk the stairs for the very first time dressed in her fashionista threads.

The “Honey” songstress was dressed to impress in a Givenchy hat that was considered a rival to Pharell’s large hat created by Vivienne Westwood. The hat was covered with a band and base that was made of white satin and covered in pearls—absolutely marvelous! read more
